Hi, I'm Felicity and I hope to help you along your way towards a life in which you feel more in control, balanced and happy.

I am interested in the issues that impact you daily as well as the many chellenges you might find yourself having to coordinate throughout your life. As a therapist I am passionate about working with these issues so that you are able to live a life that is satisfying and balanced. A life that is free of the "shoulds" and "ifs" we so often feel controlled by. We all have times in our lives where we need some extra support to help us move forward but it can be hard deciding what kind of support might work for you.

 

I work in two ways, as a therapist and as a coach. I have seen over the years how both methods have something powerful to offer. The trouble is we don't always know what will work for us until we give it a go.

If you aren't sure what you need don't worry we can work that out together. Making change that lasts is not a one size fits all approach. Instead my approach is a collaborative one and I like to work in a flexible way, constantly adapting to your needs as they change along with you. I won’t tell you what to do or have all the answers but I will help you find your own solutions to whatever may be holding you back or causing you distress.
